Holkie's Dethklok Minute

For some reason, there will be a 4 episode mini marathon of Metalocalypse on Adult Swim next Saturday, July 6th from 11 PM to Midnight.  Yeah, on Anime Night.  And the Sunday at 1 AM episode is still there and it's back to the normal Saturday schedule on the 13th.

It's going to Fanklok, Prankklok, Motherklok, and Dethcamp.  All 4th season episodes!

Might have something to do with SDCC, but so far, there is nothing Metalocalypse related scheduled for SDCC.

Edited to add: Adult Swim has finally released it's schedule for SDCC and there is no Metalocalypse programing.  Closest we get is Tommy Blacha will be talking about his new show, King Star King.

Only October? That's only about 3 to 4 months away, depending when during October the special is.

Remember we had to wait about 2 years between seasons 3 and 4! It's going to be about 15 or so months between the end of season 4 and the special. And that is about average wait for us. The shortest was between season 1 and 2- about 9 months, but then they broke that season into two parts and it was 6- 6 1/2 months between parts. We might have had to wait until 2014 if we weren't getting the special.

I guess I shouldn't complain. I came to Dethklok fandom a little late though - the second season was on DVD by the time I got into it. And a one-hour rock opera is a great way to start a season.
